Our healthcare system seems to focus on treatment of illnesses rather than prevention. There is so little information available regarding how our daily diet and lifestyle choices influence our overall health and wellbeing. The guidelines that are given are useful only up to a point.
I will take you on a personalized journey by offering guidance to help you shift your behaviors and form healthier habits. I will inspire you to make step-by-step changes to your diet and lifestyle.
Throughout this program, you will learn about healthy foods and the concept of primary foods that work in partnership with your relationships, physical activity, career, and spirituality. This partnership will allow you to develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you, and implement lasting changes that improve your energy, balance, and health.
Instead of prescribing one diet or one way of exercising, I focus on teaching you to become self-sufficient by observing you own unique responses to various modifications and choosing health-promoting behaviors that work for you. I will guide you to reach your health and life goals by making step-by-step changes in your food and lifestyle, at a pace that’s comfortable for you. You will develop a deeper understanding of foods and lifestyle choices — learn about new healthy food, how to shop for it and how to prepare it.

What are your top three goals?
All of us can have difficulties with this. We know, in our heart of hearts, what we would like our lives to be like, but how to put it into words? As we progress on our journey through life our goals will evolve, and this is perfectly fine. But only by clearly stating our goals as they are at this point in time can we focus on achieving them.
Identifying how you hope to feel when a goal is achieved will help you to identify which goals are most important to you and what you need to do to accomplish them. Do you want to feel more balanced, have more energy? Are there any physical symptoms that you are seeking relief from?
So decide on the three goals that are most important to you right now, and together we can explore how to get you there.
